Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is a one-time purchase — you pay once for your event and that’s it. There are no monthly fees, no renewals, and no surprises.
Can I choose my area code?
We have area codes available for most US and Canadian regions. Pick your preferred area code when you set up your event.
What happens to my messages after my event?
Your voicemails are yours to keep! You can download all your messages as MP3 or WAV files at any time from your dashboard. We recommend downloading them before your package’s storage window ends.
Can I use this for multiple events?
Each package covers one event with one dedicated phone number. If you have multiple events, you can purchase a package for each one.
Do callers get charged?
No. Callers dial a standard phone number — standard carrier rates may apply as with any regular call. Toll-free numbers are also available, so guests across North America can call at no charge.
How many guests can leave messages?
There’s no limit. Every package includes unlimited messages, so every guest can call and leave a voicemail.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher package at any time from your dashboard and only pay the difference.
