Phone Keepsakes is built from the ground up with privacy in mind. Your recordings are stored on encrypted servers, accessed only through your authenticated account, and never shared with anyone.
We do not run ads. We do not sell data. We do not use your voicemails to train anything. Your data exists to serve you, and no one else.

How We Protect You
Multiple layers of protection for your most personal content
Owner-Only Access
Your dashboard, your voicemails, your data. Only your authenticated account can access your recordings. There is no public URL and no shared folder. We do not routinely access recordings and only do so when required for technical support or legal compliance.
Encrypted Storage
Audio files are stored on AWS S3 with server-side encryption. When you play or download a voicemail, the system generates a short-lived signed URL that expires within minutes. Even if intercepted, the link becomes useless almost immediately.
Secure Payments
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider. Your credit card number never touches our servers. Stripe handles encryption, fraud detection, and compliance so your financial data stays safe.
No Data Selling
Your voicemails are not training data. Your caller information is not a product. We make money by providing a useful service, not by monetizing your private content. This is a promise, not a marketing claim.
