What Are Caller Retakes?
Caller Retakes gives callers a way to redo their voicemail before it's saved. After recording, a short prompt offers the choice: hang up to keep it, or press 1 to record it again.
You choose the redo limit per event — 1 to 5 tries, 3 by default — and only the message a caller settles on reaches your dashboard. Earlier attempts never show up alongside it.
