What Are Caller Replays?
Caller Replays is an optional add-on to Caller Retakes. Once a caller finishes recording, pressing 2 plays that exact take back — the same recording that would land in your dashboard — before they decide whether to keep it.
It's included on Premium, off by default, and separate from the redo limit itself. Turn it on from your event dashboard once Caller Retakes is enabled, and callers get one listen per take — enough to catch a stumble without turning every call into a marathon.
Happy with what they hear? They hang up to keep it. If not, pressing 1 starts a fresh take, up to your event's redo limit.
